By accessing or using Pestflow AI service platforms and receptionist voice services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Pestflow AI provides done-for-you AI voice answering, missed-call lead qualification, website chat widgets, and direct CRM scheduling integrations for commercial and residential pest control companies.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate phone forwarding settings, valid CRM API integrations, and ensuring compliance with local licensing requirements for pest control services.

4. Cancellation & Billing

Subscription plans are billed monthly. Clients may cancel or alter subscription tiers at any time prior to the start of the next monthly billing cycle with zero termination penalty.
